# What is Move Eco?

The ecosystem is made up of promising projects with DeFi, GameFi, and SocialFi elements (especially Move-To-Earn and Metaverse) aiming to build a meaningful and massive community, not only for entertaining and earning but for encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
